Anti-Harassment Policy
We are committed to maintaining a harassment-free workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and supported. Harassment of any kind, be it verbal, physical, or psychological by or towards anyone associated with the Foundation is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality Policy
Respect and discretion are cornerstones of our work. The Foundation takes every measure to safeguard sensitive information entrusted to us, ensuring it is handled with care and professionalism. Key principles include:
- General: Information gathered by the Foundation will never be used for personal gain.
- Donors: Donor confidentiality and anonymity are strictly protected, with access to donor information highly restricted.
- Grant Recipients: Confidentiality of sensitive information from charities and agencies is maintained at all times.
- Contracts and Grants: All transaction details with professional and business entities are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Meetings: Deliberations, decisions, and opinions shared during Board and committee meetings are held in strict confidence.
Data Deletion Policy
The Data Deletion Policy outlines how users can request the deletion of their data collected through our services, including any tools integrated with Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.
If you would like your data to be deleted from our systems, please use the contact form.
Once we have received your request we will Verify your identity (if needed), Delete your personal data from our systems and Send you a confirmation email within 7 business days.
In some cases, we may be legally required to retain certain data for a period of time (e.g., for compliance or record-keeping purposes). In such cases, your data will be securely stored until it can be permanently deleted.
